FAQs About Returns
You must request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
If returning multiple items from the same order, ship them together to qualify for Free Returns. Returning items separately may result in additional shipping fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your full refund if all conditions are met. The sooner you send it back, the faster we can refund you!
Your refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can place a new order before or after your refund is processed, as returns and new orders are handled separately.
